Product availability is subject to stock levels. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item in your order is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the backordered item. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. These charges are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final shipping cost.

3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange the return shipment themselves. Once we receive and approve the return, a store credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. Customers must prepay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon approval of the warranty claim. Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon approval, you may choose from:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the country typically arrive within 2–7 days.

4.2 International Shipping

International deliveries generally take 7–30 days, depending on the courier selected at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays. We take measures to minimize shipping delays.

4.4 Address Changes

Delivery address changes can be requested before dispatch.

We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Addresses

We can ship to military addresses using USPS but cannot accommodate courier deliveries.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If part of an order is out of stock, we will ship available items immediately and send the remaining items once restocked.

All shipments are insured for loss or damage, up to the coverage amount provided by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels
