Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records have been opened
  • Items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Items are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same product, email us at info@billboardadvertisingvan.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
